Helping teams carry the brand into everyday decisions. (Available exclusively as an in-house programme for leadership and cross-functional teams)

Format

The Lab Architecture (6 Days / 3 Modules)
This lab is not a superficial team-building workshop. It is a deep, 3-module (6-day) transformational process engineered to help teams understand, execute, and protect the brand strategy.

Module 3: Practice & Brand Guardianship

The phase where the team transforms into Brand Guardians and the permanent system is established.
Day 5Brand Behaviour Scenarios (Stress Tests)
Simulations: Testing decisions through real-world scenarios. (e.g., How do we react when a PR crisis hits? How do we respond to an aggressive competitor campaign? How do we resolve internal employee complaints?) These simulations ensure the team internalises the "voice and behaviour" of the brand under pressure.
Day 6Toolkit & Rituals of Governance
Handover of Tools: Distributing the Brand Guardian Checklist and tone-of-voice filters for teams to keep at their desks. Rituals: Establishing permanent internal systems—such as monthly "Brand Reviews," campaign pre-check cultures, and learning loops (internal critique culture)—to ensure the 6-day process yields long-term results.

What to expect

Core question
How do we translate a strategy from paper into the daily decisions, habits, and shared language of marketing, sales, HR, and operations teams?
The ultimate test of a brand begins the day the strategy presentation ends. This lab solves a critical dilemma: If the strategy is flawless on paper, why does customer service speak in a different tone, sales make a different promise, and HR build a completely different culture? How do we transform cross-functional teams into an organic system aligned around a single core truth?
Why it matters now
Strategies do not die in boardrooms; they die in the transition to daily execution.
In today’s landscape, accessing information or a good agency is easy; the true challenge is alignment. Without internal alignment, even a million-dollar positioning strategy is doomed to remain a PDF in the company archives. When marketing sells a vision but operations focuses solely on cutting costs, the brand promise breaks. A brand is only as strong as the collective consciousness of the teams that carry it and live it through their daily decisions.
What you will understand
Diagnosing cross-functional frictions and building a shared decision architecture.
Teams will learn to think with the strategy, not just memorize it. They will diagnose how silent cross-functional tensions actually sabotage brand perception. They will grasp how departments speaking completely different languages (e.g., finance speaking in numbers vs. creatives in emotions) can build a Shared Language around the brand's "Core Truth." It will become clear not only what the brand is, but crucially, what it does not do (decision principles).
What you will practise
Translating strategy to touchpoints and conducting stress tests.
Teams will work in the "field reality" of the brand, not just at a desk. They will simulate how to translate strategy into a sales pitch, a social media crisis response, or a difficult customer complaint (Brand Behaviour Scenarios). Teams will audit their own departmental processes to see if they align with the core values, turning abstract strategy into a concrete action plan (touchpoint translation).
What you will leave with
Actionable operational tools and internal governance rituals.
You don't leave this programme just "inspired"; you leave with concrete tools to sustain the system:
  • Team Alignment Canvas: The team's shared commitment document.
  • Decision Principles: A definitive "what this brand does/does not do" filter for difficult moments.
  • Touchpoint Translation Map: A framework showing the concrete equivalent of the strategy in every department.
  • Brand Guardian Checklist: A daily audit tool for every employee to check their own output.
  • Rituals & Governance Plan: A calendar of internal rituals (e.g., monthly brand reviews) to ensure the strategy is not forgotten.
Who it is for
Decision-makers and internal mechanics who directly or indirectly carry the brand:
  • C-Level Executives and Founders
  • Marketing, Strategy, and Communications Leads
  • Sales and Customer Experience (CX) Directors
  • Human Resources and Culture Managers
  • Product Development Teams

Module 1: Shared Understanding

The phase where strategy is democratised and everyone gets on the same page.
Day 1The Brand Truth & Shared Language
What is truly yours creates value
But how do we take what belongs authentically to the brand and turn it into the daily decisions, habits, and shared language of marketing, sales, HR, and operations teams? This lab solves a critical challenge: transforming cross-functional teams into a single system built around what is genuinely yours.
Day 2: Cross-Functional Tensions & Realities
Facing the friction
Marketing, sales, HR, and product teams carry the same brand from different angles. These cross-functional operational frictions are brought to the surface and made transparent.
